Our Products
We sell pure, wild-harvested Somali myrrh resin and frankincense powder. All product descriptions, weights and photographs on our website are as accurate as we can make them. Resin is a natural product and pieces may vary slightly in size, colour and texture between batches — this is entirely normal and a sign of genuine, unprocessed resin.
Our myrrh and frankincense are sold as natural aromatic resins for use as incense. They are not intended for internal consumption. Please keep out of reach of children and never leave burning charcoal unattended.
Placing an Order
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm your order by email — this confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances (for example, if a product is out of stock or if there is an error in pricing). In such cases you will be notified promptly and any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Pricing
All prices on our website are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Delivery is free on all UK orders. Prices are subject to change, but changes will never affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal through our secure payment processor. We never store your full card details — all payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant systems.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day (for orders placed before 2:00pm). Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked and typically takes 2–4 working days within the UK. Full delivery details are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Full details of our returns process are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected by these terms.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us at mystandmyrrh@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods. We will refund the full order value within 14 days of receiving the return.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, brand name, logo and design — is the property of Myst & Myrrh and may not be reproduced, copied or used without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
We take great care to ensure our products are accurately described. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Myst & Myrrh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
