We want every order from Myst & Myrrh to reach you quickly, safely and in perfect condition. As a family business, we pack every order ourselves — with care and attention that a warehouse never could. Below you will find everything you need to know about delivery and returns.
Delivery
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and the Channel Islands.
Delivery Cost
Delivery is completely free on every order, regardless of size or value. Always.
Dispatch Times
We dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday on the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days via Royal Mail Tracked
- Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands: 3–5 working days
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Packaging
Your myrrh resin will arrive in our branded resealable kraft bag, designed to preserve the freshness and potency of the resin. Orders are packaged securely to ensure nothing is damaged in transit. We use minimal, recyclable packaging wherever possible.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at mystandmyrrh@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately. In most cases, delayed parcels are resolved quickly — but we will always make it right for you.
Returns & Refunds
Our 30-Day Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Return
- Email us at mystandmyrrh@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 3–5 working days
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
- Opened or partially used products can still be returned if you are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at mystandmyrrh@gmail.com with a photograph where possible. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — and we will cover all return postage.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3–5 days to appear in your account.
